NAURYZ - THE GREAT DAY OF THE ULUS

Abstract

Annotation. The article describes the historical and cultural aspects of the traditional holiday of the Kazakh people, features associated with traditions. They say that the Nauryz holiday is associated with nature, its summer equinox, and according to folk astronomy, the ontological basis of the holiday is the location of the stars Sumbile, Ush Arkar-Taraz, Urker, Sulu Sary along the line on the western horizon. Great Equinox.

The meeting of traditions, beliefs, rituals and their essence, connected with the idea of getting along with nature (environmental), getting rid of the old, renewing and rejuvenating, will be revealed.

It is also shown that unity and peace in society, ethical principles related to humanism, are ultimately connected with the goal of glorifying the path of ancestors, preserving the identity and unity of the country. It is determined that the Kazakhstani model of the Nauryz phenomenon is formed on the basis of the idea of Prosperity, Renewal, Creation.
