Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis and classification of technologies of intramuseum communication used in the world practice of museum communication. Analyzing such concepts as museum pedagogy, museum psychology, museum sociology, the existing theoretical and practical conclusions of educational activities and previously published scientific articles are analyzed.
The purpose of the article is to identify specific parameters of museum communication and highlight the main principles. Clarifying the parameters of communication, planning, and strict adherence to the principles of "enlightenment" are considered as the main form of museum communication.

The main objective of the article is to reveal the scientific and theoretical essence of museum communication, analyze the museum's communicative capabilities, and form a theoretical basis for organizing museum-visitor relationships as planned scientific work. The main type of the museum is to provide visitors with scientific information to a certain extent through the use of the exposition as the main means of communication with visitors, the formation of an education and communication system that meets the requirements of modern society, taking into account the curricula of educational institutions.
The content of pedagogical, psychological, and sociological principles in museum communication contributes to meeting the spiritual needs of visitors, and is also a key factor in the development of museum business as a separate science, and planning the future work of the museum.
In museum communication, it is clarified which issues should be paid special attention to in order to present an image using non-verbal, that is, independent thinking without explanatory text.
The similarities and peculiarities in the practice of world museums in the field of communication will be presented in scientific circulation with differentiation.
