ON THE OUTSTANDING SOCIAL AND POLITICAL ACTIVITIES OF UZBEKALI ZHANIBEKOV

Abstract

Abstract. This article, based on documentary materials and scientific literature, examines the main areas and historical significance of Uzbekali Zhanibekov's public and social activities, his role in shaping cultural policy, his contribution to the revival of national heritage, and his ideological and organizational activities. The article also analyzes the significance of Uzbekali Zhanibekov's managerial experience in the cultural sphere, his initiatives to protect traditional art and historical monuments, and his moral actions in elevating the official status of the Kazakh language from a new perspective. The study examines Uzbekali Zhanibekov's contribution to the restoration of the names of the Alash heroes to the people and, based on this, his services to the future of the Kazakh people in engaging Kazakh youth in education. The article describes his diligence and example in the restoration of monuments telling the story of our country's history on the path to modernization of Kazakh culture, in the formation of museum affairs in the country, in the revival of the Nauryz holiday, and in the creation of folklore ensembles to popularize Kazakh folk song and dance.
