Abstract

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of one block of Juchids coins from the hoard «Karaulnaya Gora». Of the total storage quantity of 2859 units, 43 coins belong to the minting of the Orda mint. The author identifies two types - with the writing of the yard on the rigt side and vice versa - from left to right. A metrological analysis is given, from which it follows that the maximum number of coins falls on a weight of 0,51±0,02 g, the average weight of 43 copies corresponds to 0.54 g. Touching on the time of minting the coins under study, the author believes that they were issued after 828 / 1425-1425. At the end of the work, a conclusion is given that this mint was stationed on the territory of modern Tatarstan.
