PROBLEMS RELATED TO RESEARCHES OF KAZAKH ALTAI-TARBAGATAYA

Abstract

The article discusses the problems of research of Kazakhs Tarbagatai. The main goal of the article is to analyze the works of scientists who have studied the culture and life of Kazakhs in East Kazakhstan. The written data on the Kazakh steppe increased in volume in connection with the colonial policy of Tsarist Russia. The written materials of the tsarist officials do not belong to full-fledged research, scientific works, but they give us the necessary information about the topic under study, and the bibliographic value of materials about Kazakh life in these works has still not lost its scientific significance.

Materials and methods of research. The work uses the stock materials of the Central State Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Library of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Central Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc. on the history and culture of the Kazakhs, considered from the standpoint of differentiation of the topic from the point of view of the new principles of objective-critical research analysis that have emerged in the modern period.

The methodological basis of the article is historicity and a systematic approach. At the same time, problem-chronological, comparative-historical methods are also used as an effective method of ethnographic research in the study of local cultures.
