The article analyzes the achievements of our country in the field of cultural and spiritual development, their own problems in achieving these goals. The modern world education system is characterized by rapid changes, innovations, the basis of novelty in the education system is the upbringing of a generation that perceives each student as a person, takes into account his personal characteristics and makes him a competitive personality in the future life. Only a country that has not lost its national cultural values improves opportunities in the world that preserve the motives that characterize its national identity, national statehood. The essence of the concept of the value of spiritual heritage is closely connected, first of all, with national education. The concept of values of spiritual cultural heritage in our country is connected with the civilizational development of the country, the development of our cultural, spiritual values, national culture. Thus, the preservation of the Kazakh people as a nation, the continuation of continuity. And for modern Kazakh culture, the consideration of spiritual heritage in the museum business in the context of national values, their modernization, preservation, popularization, propaganda is a complex political and social problem of great relevance. This problem requires scientific analysis in the systems of special humanitarian education and priority tasks in the field of education.
