THE D.A. KUNAEV MUSEUM HAS AN INSTRUCTIVE HISTORY OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the museum of a prominent statesman and public figure, three times Hero of Socialist Labor, Member of the Political Bureau, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR, Doctor of Technical Sciences, academician Dinmukhamed Akhmetovich Kunaev.

During the years of his leadership, D. Kunaev distinguished himself by his special and reverent work for the development of his country and remained in history as a person with strong convictions. D. Kunaev was close to the people, was constantly on agricultural land, among industrial facilities and on construction sites, thereby, by personal example, devoted his entire life to the prosperity of the country.

Our museum is a sacred place where future generations will be able to learn about events from the history of the country with a chronological scope of half a century that occurred during the years of the leadership of D. Kunaev. The younger generations, when they are visit the museum, learn about D. Kunaev’s hobbies, as: a rich library of more than five thousand books, 84 types of weapons donated by heads of state, a collection of more than 400 lighters brought from different countries, souvenirs, new facts, such as: diplomatic relations with foreign countries, the development of agriculture, national economy, on the formation of new 43 cities and 2000 settlements.
